Azerbaijani Radio Hour

The Azerbaijani Radio Hour: The Voice of the Karabakh Foundation maximizes radio's special ability to reach large audiences with audio programming focused on Azerbaijan. Interviewees and listeners are joined in a dynamic worldwide community.

Tune in to the Azerbaijani Radio Hour: The Voice of the Karabakh Foundation every Sunday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm on WUST 1120AM in the Washington, D.C., area. Shows feature interviews and music. Cellphone listeners can dial 712-432-6620, and Web listeners can listen to past shows at www.KarabakhFoundation.org

The Azerbaijani Radio Hour broadcasting season is September through May. The 2011-12 season schedule includes interviews with architect Danny Forster, host of the Science Channel show Build It Bigger; Professor Audrey Altstadt of the University of Massachusetts-Amhert, renowned historian and expert on Azerbaijani modern-era history; and numerous other experts on aspects of Azerbaijani culture and heritage.
